    Arrr.. I always feel so sorry for Jamie Afro during the group performance, he just looks so awkward. I'd refuse to do it unless the song had some sort of credibility. This sucks!
     
    The VT rolls of last nights acts and I'm already cringing at John and Edward. Who is voting for these guys? Are you?
     

    Fingers crossed Simon's reverse psychology from last night works!
     
    Ah well, at least the Black Eyed Peas are singing live. Then again I didn't expect anything else.

    I am surprised by Fergie's rather etherial performance though - not sure about the gown and floating down on a moon??? I prefer he when she's rocking out!

    You have to give it to her, she really can blow. I think some of the notes she's singing only dogs can hear - she is a deserved winner.

    Mmm... She just went to say thank you and no sound came from her mic? Funny that?

    Did anyone see the images of Leona in the press this week? She was papped with her playlist written on her hand so she could remember it. I had to laugh, I mean how many songs has she recorded? It's not like she has the Rolling Stones back catalogue or anything - LOL!

    Lucie looks gutted to be in the bottom two, but I just think it's down to a poor song choice. She needs to draw from last week's performance in coming shows. It's probably the best time to be in the bottom two Lucie, Simon, Cheryl and Dannii will vote for Jedward - end of.

    I can't tell you how happy I am. Now we can get back to a proper competition!

    I don't think there's any need for the sing off and from looking at Simon neither does he. "I know it will be difficult but we'll forget the past and judge this based on the performances tonight."

    Even so...
    I mean Lucie's singing One Moment In Time for crying out loud - talk about a vocal masterclass for the boys... Is it wrong that I'm looking forward to seeing their performance though?

    Jedward give it some to Rock DJ and although the rapping is pants, the moments that they sing are actually on key. Why haven't they tried actually singing something? They run around the catwalk circling the judges and I've got visions of them flying off. I can just see the headlines...

    Simon says that he doesn't think Lucie can win and he would actually prefer to see the boys again. His issue with Lucie is that she has a ceiling she can't top whereas the boys don't.

    I really don't believe I'm typing this, but Lucie is out of the competition. She's in tears and Dannii can't believe it. "I thought we were supposed to have singers in a singing competition!"

    Good point Minogue!

    I can't say I'm surprised; Simon has been both clever and calculating... I mean the public will keep tuning in in droves to see when John and Edward finally go? The problem is, will this come back to bite Simon on the ass?

    Do you think Simon made the right choice?
    Or should he have sent the boys home?

    I have got to say that I was suprised with Simon's desision, but he knows that Lucie would have been a threat to his chances of winning the competition. I am sad to know that Lucie won't be i the competition, but I do look forward to see what John and Edward will come up with next. They are entertaing to say the least. I just think the singing career is not for them and they would be better as Kids Tv Presenters!

    well i think the only thing simon is interested in this year is winning himself and at the cost of everyone elses artists by getting rid of the real compition hes making sure one of his preformers wins lests face the real talent in that show this year has been dannis girls and the two up to now have both gone out when the pratts who should not be in it are still there , wake up public hes left it each time to as public vote when it suited him how m,any times has he done this year, the only one who wants kicking of that show is simon himself for the stunts hes played for his own artists this year , and the bullshit thats left his mouth and then would not back it up i could do a better job myself at least i would make sure its fair its no longer x-factor but scam factor or joke factor i for one will never watch it again and i know a lot of people i talk to feel the same, the shows been ruined by scam after scam this year. I struggle for 5 mins, as for the twins I did not watch last week and certainly not going to watch this week I think the programme has turned into a farce, I in the past respected Cowell,s opinion he was the only one that told the truth but he has fell by the wayside no respect for spineless men shall we call him louie the 2nd as he sounds just as ridiculous, you are totally lost Simon.     Spread the word about this. http://www.let-simon-know.com it's an online survey which is getting a fair amount of press coverage, and today their new website has anounced that they want all the help they can get. They want the public to choose who they think should be in the sing off this weekend and will post the results after Sundays show. It will be really interesting to see if the web vote delivers the same result as the phone vote. Theres a chance that this could catch cowell out!!

    How much of a hypocritc can Simon become. He has constantly been shouting that the show if a singing contest and that the judges should vote on the sing off on it's merits only, not on past performance, because that is what a sing off is for. Yet when the man has to put his money were his mouth is he cant hack it. What a fraud. Good luck to Lucie though, hope you can get a recording contract out of this debacle, you truly deserve one.
